  1. Is the beach service of umbrellas and sunbeds included in the room rate?

    The rate for each room, regardless of the type, includes beach service with 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds.

  2. Is your private beach close to the Hotel or do you need to use a means of transportation to get there?

    Our beach Lido Le Palme, is located 200 m from the Hotel, therefore easily reachable on foot, however it is possible to accompany family members by car for a short stop, without parking.

  3. If I book a half-board stay, is it possible to have dinner at your breach establishment ?

    Half board is served in the hotel restaurant. The beach establishment's restaurant is open only for breakfast and lunch and has a separate charge.

  4. Is it possible to have lunch at Lido Le Palme instead of at the hotel when booking half board or full board?

    The hotel restaurant is included in the half-board and full-board rate, while Lido Le Palme restaurant is an additional cost.

  5. What is the check-in time for early morning arrivals? Is it possible to check in earlier if needed?

    The standard check-in time is 2 p.m., but in the low season or if the room is ready, early check-in is available at 11 a.m. or earlier, depending on availability.

  6. Is an umbrella and 2 sunbeds included in the price of a room, even on the day of departure?

    Beach service is included for the nights you stay, but you can request 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds for your departure day at a discounted rate in relation to external customers.

  7. If the beach service is not used on the day of arrival, is it possible to use it on the day of departure, even if the room is left in the morning?

    During the low season, it is possible to redeem the beach service, subject to availability. However, during the high season, which is July and August, it is unfortunately not possible to redeem the service.

  8. Are small dogs allowed?

    We are sorry, but unfortunately we do not allow pets.

  9. Are you equipped for celiac customers?

    We are equipped for gluten intolerant customers, suggesting suitable dishes.

  10. If the room is not ready before check-in time, would it be possible to use the beach in the morning?

    The check-in time is after 2 p.m., but if you would like to arrive earlier, you can use the included services, such as our Lido Le Palme beach, while you wait.

  11. What are the pool hours?

    The pool is available every day from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm.

  12. Is it possible to alternate lunches and dinners when booking half board, instead of only dinners?

    We prefer a linear choice for half-board meals, but if necessary, it is possible to replace lunch with dinner and vice versa, by prior communication to our maître d'hotel.

  13. Would it be possible to bring the personal bike to the room?

    You can place your bike in our underground garage.

  14. Is there air conditioning in the rooms?

    There is air conditioning in all our rooms.

  15. Is breakfast included in all rates?

    Breakfast is included in all our rates, starting from the B&B formula (bed and breakfast).

  16. Is there a charge for renting the tennis court?

    The price for renting a tennis court is € 20 per hour, while the price for renting a tennis court at night with lighting is € 25 per hour.

  17. The change of sheets is done every day?

    Linen changes are scheduled every 3 days, but we can accommodate special requests.

  18. Do you provide a porterage service?

    We are sorry, we do not provide a porterage service

  19. Do you change towels daily?

    Towels are changed every time they are used, therefore if they are placed on the floor they are also changed every day.

  20. Is it mandatory to wear a swimming cap in the pool?

    The use of a swimming cap is required to ensure better hygiene and water quality in the facility and to respect the rights of all customers.

  21. How can I have get to the buffet in the hotel restaurant?

    Whether you choose half board or pay extra for the buffet if you are on bed and breakfast, you can access our buffet. Our waiters will be happy to serve you all of the dishes listed on a single plate.
